This week we will be saying everyday phrases and learning some familiar songs in Te Reo.

A big welcome to our newest tamariki in Nga Puna, Liam, Zack and Oliver Story. So good to have you with us. Happy birthday you big 5 year olds!
Touch Rugby
Summer is coming and that means it's time for touch Rugby! Touch is a great sport for all ages and skill levels. Last Summer we had 10 teams spread across Years 0-6 so there is room for everyone that wants to play. Played on Tuesday nights at Nunweek Park the competitions starts the first week of Term 4, so get your entries in quick by following this link: https://form.jotform.com/212050993477056 Waimairi School Touch Registration Form .

ENTRIES CLOSE THIS FRIDAY 17TH OF SEPTEMBER.
We do get a few kids from Nga Puna join up. A great way to meet parents and kids outside of school hours.
Photos
Learning space and individual portrait photos will be taken next Wednesday, 15 September. Children should be wearing school uniform and, if possible, wearing a red polo shirt. Culottes (girls) and navy shorts (boys) are preferable to track pants. If the weather is cold, students can wear their winter uniform.Year 5 and 6 sport, cultural and sibling photos are now scheduled for Term 4.

- Last day of Term 3 - Thursday the 30th of October (Friday teacher only day)
