August 16, 2021 Kia ora Koutou, We are in week 4 already - the term is certainly flying by. Here are some activities you might want to mark in your calendars: Mondays - Library day for Tina and Tania's Ora tamariki. Tuesday - Kapa Haka with Matua Steve Wednesdays - EZ lunch orders (Subway / sushi) delivered to school. Library day for Vanessa and Sue's Ora tamariki. Bey blades day. Fridays - Bike day. Children are able to bring their bikes to school to ride during supervised Learning Choice time. ART We are collecting shoebox lids for our upcoming art exhibition. The bigger the better, but any size will be gratefully received.  MATHS   Information for the schoolwide Maths-a-thon has been sent home today (check in your child's reading folder). A great way to make mathematical language part of our every day lives AND raise money for the school!!

We've had a few new children start and are so impressed at how much 'Manakitanga' has been shown towards them. There is a lot going on so please ask if you have any questions.
