Term One - Week Nine
Kia Ora Whanau. What a lovely week we had last week. Thank you so much to those of you who were able to support us and parent help at Orana park for the day. We so appreciate you. The children had a wonderful time and thankfully the weather held out ( until we got off the bus! ) We are busy this week making connections with the animals and our learning spaces. We talked about the different characteristics of the birds and how we can take on those characteristics whilst we are working in those particular learning spaces. For example, the Kea space is the main space in the middle. Kea's are curious, inquisitive and like to take things apart. In our Kea space we have duplo, lego, play-dough and box construction to name a few. The parent contact list will be out this week.
